When will I get my order?

Your order will be shipped within 5-10 business days. We'll email you the tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. However, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 2-10 days after it has been shipped.

What if my package never came?

If you have placed an order and haven't received a shipping notice within 5 business days or if your order has not arrived 10 days after it was shipped, please don't hesitate to contact us at orders@ratlabs.xyz.

Can I edit or cancel my order once it’s placed?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it cannot be edited. However, if you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us at orders@ratlabs.xyz and we'll be happy to assist you with the cancellation process.

Shipping

After making a purchase, you will receive an email confirmation at the provided address, serving as your invoice containing your unique order number.

Once your order is placed, it will be prepared for shipping from our warehouse within 5-10 business days. For orders placed after 11:00 AM (EST), processing may occur on the next business day. Similarly, orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed starting at 8:00 AM (EST) on the following business day. Please note that during busy periods, processing times may exceed 2 business days.

As soon as your order is shipped, an email notification will be sent to you, providing the tracking information for your shipment. Easily track and stay informed about the progress of your delivery.

Returns

At this time, returns are not accepted. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited. However, if you wish to cancel your order and replace it with a new one prior to shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us at orders@ratlabs.xyz.
